At Farmnet Direct, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or seek a refund. Here's how we handle cancellations and refunds:
Cancellation of Orders:
If you need to cancel an order, please notify us via email at farmnetdirect@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll process your cancellation request promptly.
Refunds:
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Unlike items with a longer shelf life, perishable items cannot be restocked or resold. However, if you encounter any issues with your order or are not satisfied with your purchase for valid reasons, please reach out to us at farmnetdirect@gmail.com within two (2) days of receiving your delivery. We will carefully review your concerns and offer an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement of the product, credit towards your next purchase, or a partial/full refund. Farmnet Direct reserves the right to make the final decision on issuing of refunds, credits or replacement product, at their sole discretion, based on the information and evidence provided by the customer and within the appropriate deadline. Decisions made by Farmnet Direct are final and at the sole discretion of the company, as per the relevant Australian consumer law for standard returns/refund policy as stated by ACCC.
Resolution Process:
To assist us in resolving your concerns effectively, we may request additional information, such as photos of the product label and reported damage. Our team will carefully consider all information provided and make a decision on issuing refunds or replacements at our sole discretion, in accordance with relevant consumer protection laws.
Shipping:
Farmnet Direct makes every effort to ensure that your goods arrive well packed with insulation via refrigerated vehicle to maintain quality, but takes no liability for the product once delivery has been made. It is the customers responsibility to retrieve their delivery within a timely manner to prevent spoilage.
Delivery Address and Timing:
Farmnet Direct will communicate with you prior to delivery to advise of delivery dates in your area. Please contact us promptly upon receiving this information if changes need to be made.
Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information when placing your order. We cannot guarantee the condition of the delivery if the address is entered incorrectly or if changes are not updated prior to shipment. Farmnet Direct will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or for refused deliveries.
If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect address provided, refusal of delivery when shipped, or if you have been unable to retrieve your order on the delivery date within a timely manner without prior notification we must dispose of the contents and you will not be refunded. Please be sure shipping plans are suitable, or that you have a suitable plan in place if you will not be home to accept your delivery. We are happy to leave your delivery in a safe place, but Farment Direct accepts no responsibility once it is delivered.
