We like to give our customers as much flexibility and choice as possible. Each of the beef portions available for purchase will have it's own set of available cut preference selections, so that you can tailor your meat delivery to suit you and your family!
While larger portions naturally mean you have the ability to select more options, even the smaller portions can be customised!
You will receive a form via email for your cut list choices after you place your order, so please keep an eye out for it, complete it and send it back as soon as possible!
